Adrian Alkanah Parsons (1846 – 1929) served in the 9th regiment of the Indiana Calvary during the Civil War. While on a scouting mission near Franklin, TN, Adrian was critically wounded and left disabled. A resident of Washington Township, he became one of America’s foremost pioneer farmers in the development of the soybean.
This is a record of his pension increase.
