What kid doesn't want a pony party? Well, it looks like Tina, the birthday girl, isn't so thrilled when surprise! two ponies arrive at her bash. Annie, Meg, and Jill, or the Pony Scouts, are assisting Jill's mom with Tina's party, helping kids to mount Inky and Splash and leading the rides. It takes Annie's admission that she, too, was afraid of riding at first to bolster Tina's confidence.
